INNOVATIVE & DELICIOUS
At Graceland Fruit, we believe everyone deserves access to the taste
Our Soft-N-Frozen™ fruits bring rich, natural fruit flavors to a wide variety of consumer products, including ice cream, frozen yogurt, fresh and frozen baked goods, and other frozen dairy and non-dairy products. The Soft-N-Frozen™ proprietary process creates a frozen fruit piece with natural color and taste that is easily scooped and remains succulent and soft to the bite when frozen.
Our Soft-N-Frozen™ process preserves the integrity and delicate character of fruits, plus the pasteurization process ensures microbial safety.
MAKE IT YOURS
We offer three categories of Soft-N-Frozen™ ingredients with custom options available.
Each of these categories is fully customizable to allow food manufacturers to specify a variety of product characteristics.
For example: whole fruit pieces in ice cream, halved fruit components for cheesecakes, and fruit bits in fillings for breakfast pastries.
