  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup nut milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Small amount of avocado oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • ¾ cup dried cherries
  • Raw honey optional


1. In a bowl mix evenly the bananas, eggs, flour, milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, and baking soda.

2. Coat a frying pan with oil and heat to medium. Add small amount of pancake mix, sprinkle a few cherries into each pancake, cook until light brown then flip and cook to light brown on the other side. Do this until all of the pancake mix is cooked.

3. Top with honey if you would like.
