Oat Milk Chia Pudding with SunButter and Dried No Added Sugar Cranberries


2 Tablespoons chia seeds

 1/2 cup oat milk or milk of choice

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: 1-2 teaspoon honey or other sweetener

1 Tablespoon SunButter or other peanut or nut butter 

Dried cranberries or other fruits to top 


Add the oat milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and sweetener to a jar and give it a stir. Let settle for a minute or so and stir again. Add 1 tablespoon SunButter to the bottom of a serving dish. Pour oat milk mixture to serving dish. Place in the refrigerator and let thicken for at least a couple hours. Take out and top with dried fruit and enjoy!
