Ingredients (this will provide 1 serving – increase measurements for more)
- ½ cup nut milk
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup yogurt (optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flaxseed milled
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- ½ banana mashed
- Dried fruit, nuts, and/or spices to top
- Add milk, oats, yogurt, chia seeds, flaxseed, hemp seeds, and banana to a bowl and stir. Transfer to jar, place lid on jar and refrigerate for 5-8 hours.
- Top with desired fruit, nuts, and/or spices and enjoy.
