  • ½ cup nut milk
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseed milled
  • ½ banana mashed
  • Fruit, nuts, and/or spices of preference to top


1. Add milk, oats, yogurt, chia seeds, flaxseed, and banana to a bowl and stir. Transfer to jar, place lid on jar and refrigerate for 5-8 hours. 
2. Top with desired fruit, nuts, and/or spices and enjoy.
