2 cups gluten free rolled oats

1 cup Bob's Red Mill gluten free pancake mix

2 eggs

2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)

1 scoop hemp protein

1/2 cup pecans

cinnamon to taste


Combine batter ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Turn on waffle maker, spray interior with olive oil. Using a half cup measuring spoon, drop batter into waffle maker and close for preset time (or 3 minutes). Remove waffle once crispy and golden brown. Add pure Michigan maple syrup, granola, Graceland dried whole cranberries, unsweetened coconut flakes, peanut butter and a dollop of greek yogurt (make any adjustments to your liking or dietary restrictions), and enjoy!
