2 bars light cream cheese
1 can chunked pineapple
1 can cranberry sauce
1/2 cup chopped raw pecans
1 cup Graceland Fruit dried cranberries
1 large Granny Smith apple (chopped)
Pumpkin crackers (or other dip vessel)
Combine pineapple, cranberry sauce and cream cheese in large dip bowl. Mash with fork until blended well. Add pecans and half of chopped apple. Blend well. Top with Graceland Fruit dried cranberries, the remaining pecans and chopped apple. Serve with pumpkin crackers or another dipping vessel. Enjoy!
