  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup light  brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup Graceland Dried Cranberries
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Fit an 8x8 inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. In a large, microwavable-safe bowl, melt butter. Wait briefly, then add in the eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and mix until smooth. Next add the flour until combined. Stir in the dried cranberries and chocolate chips. Put the batter into prepared pan and bake for 24-26 minutes. Allow blondie to cool in the pan for about an hour before slicing and serving.
