Healthy cranberry almond quinoa with Graceland Fruit's popular dried whole cranberries your whole family will love!


1 1/2 cups quinoa 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds 1/2 cup dried whole cranberries 1/3 cup chopped scallions 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cubed
