Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, 1 in. diced
  • 1 cup Graceland dried blueberries
  • ½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chutney
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

Combine chicken, dried blueberries, and almonds

Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, chutney, lemon juice, salt and pepper; add to chicken mixture and toss well.

Cover and refrigerate.
