  • 1-11oz. container baby arugula
  • ¾ cup Graceland Dried Cherries
  • ¾ cup toasted walnuts
  • 4oz. feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper


Toss together the arugula, dried cherries, walnuts and feta cheese in a large bowl.

Combine the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss well.
