- 1-11oz. container baby arugula
- ¾ cup Graceland Dried Cherries
- ¾ cup toasted walnuts
- 4oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Toss together the arugula, dried cherries, walnuts and feta cheese in a large bowl.
Combine the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss well.
