No-Cook Oatmeal Smoothie
Start your day the right way!
Made with old-fashioned oats, yogurt, and Graceland Fruit Organic Cherries, this smootie’s delicous flavor and creamy texture will satisfy your cravings and fuel your body for the busy day ahead.
- ½ cup nut milk
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup yogurt (optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flaxseed milled
- ½ banana mashed
- Graceland Organic Cherries, nuts, and/or spices of preference to top
- Add milk, oats, yogurt, chia seeds, flaxseed, and banana to a bowl and stir.
- Transfer to jar, place lid on jar and refrigerate for 5-8 hours.
- Top with desired fruit, nuts, and/or spices and enjoy.
