No-Cook Oatmeal Smoothie

Start your day the right way!

Made with old-fashioned oats, yogurt, and Graceland Fruit Organic Cherries, this smootie’s delicous flavor and creamy texture will satisfy your cravings and fuel your body for the busy day ahead.


  • ½ cup nut milk
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseed milled
  • ½ banana mashed
  • Graceland Organic Cherries, nuts, and/or spices of preference to top


  1. Add milk, oats, yogurt, chia seeds, flaxseed, and banana to a bowl and stir.
  2. Transfer to jar, place lid on jar and refrigerate for 5-8 hours.
  3. Top with desired fruit, nuts, and/or spices and enjoy.
