To log in to your customer account
- From the header of your store, click the Log in link.
- When prompted, enter the Email Address that is associated with your account, and your Password. Then, click the Log In button.
To reset your password:
- From the Login page, click the Forgot Your Password? link.
- When prompted, enter the Email Address that is associated with your account, and click the Submit button. If the email address you entered matches the one that is associated with the account, you will receive a "Password Reset Confirmation" email with a link to reset your password.
- Click the link in the email, and when prompted, enter your New Password. Enter it again to confirm, and click the Reset a Password button.
How do I place an order?
Click on the Shop link at the top of the page and select the fruit you would like to purchase. Once you are on a product page you can select which size product you would like to purchase and then click the "Add to Cart" button. Once in the cart, you can review the products in your cart and then click "Proceed to Checkout" button. You can check out as a guest or register/log into your account and then fill out the shipping and payment information. You will be able to review your order at the bottom of the page before submitting it.
How do I cancel an item in my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Graceland Fruit does ship internationally. Not all countries are supported by our ecommerce system though, so please contact us at 231-352-7181 to place an order.
