Research and Development staff works closely with manufacturers
to create exciting, customized new ingredients. The experienced
R&D department, led by Nirmal
Sinha, PhD, assists food technologists and production
staff test and develop new product applications for infused
dried, Soft-N-Frozen and Fridg-N-Fresh products.
The R&D staff is dedicated to providing the highest level
of service for manufacturers including:
