Regulated Percent:
Although the CIAB has established an estimated effective restriction of 15%, GF Cooperative desires that members and non-members harvest and deliver their full crop. GF Cooperative will cover all 2003 crop restricted cherries delivered under contract, regardless of the final level of restriction. Contracted tonnage will be paid in cash based upon the above pricing and payment schedule. For non-contracted tonnage, GF Cooperative will cover at least the current estimate of 15% restriction, and non-contracted tonnage will be paid in cash based upon the above pricing and payment schedule for that tonnage. Should the final crop size result in an effective restriction higher than 15%, the Board of GF Cooperative will evaluate Cooperative payment policy for non-contract tonnage delivered above 15%.
